Be kind to water and heat
Avoid long soaks, very hot water and steam; wear gloves for dishes and cleaning. Prolonged moisture is what weakens adhesive first.
Don't use nails as tools
Open tabs, cans and packaging with something other than your nails — pressure at the tip is the usual cause of a lift or break.
Remove gently
Follow the soak-and-lift method so the set comes away undamaged.
Clean each nail for reuse
After removal, take any old adhesive off the back of each press-on with the alcohol wipe, so the next wear sits flush.
Dry, then store
Let them air-dry fully and return them to the storage case, laid flat, somewhere cool and dry. Heat and humidity can warp the shape over time.

Avoid
- Don't store a set damp or with old glue still on the back.
- Don't leave them in a hot car, bathroom or sunny windowsill.
- Don't stack sets loose in a drawer where they can scratch or bend.
