With nail glue, most sets last around 1–2 weeks; with adhesive tabs, a few days up to a week. Good prep — a clean, buffed, oil-free nail — makes the biggest difference to how long they hold.

Yes. Remove gently with the soak-and-lift method, clean any adhesive off the back, and store the set flat in its case. Looked after well, a hand-finished set can be worn again and again.

Sets come in four sizes — XS, S, M and L. Measure the width of each nail at its widest point and pick the size that fits most of them; the chart is on every product page and in the sizing guide. If your measurements fall outside the chart or across several sizes, choose Custom and we'll make the set to your exact widths.

Each design is made in one shape and one length, chosen to suit that design — both are shown on its product page under the price. Size is the only thing you pick. If you want a design in a different shape or length, that's a custom set.

For hygiene reasons opened sets can't be exchanged, so it's worth measuring carefully before you order. If the size you chose doesn't fit, get in touch — we'd rather remake it than leave you with a set you can't wear. If something arrives faulty, email us and we'll make it right.
