How long does a custom set take?
Turnaround depends on the design and the month's commission list — we'll give you an exact timeline with your quote. If you have an event date, include it and we'll tell you honestly whether it's achievable.
How much does a custom set cost?
Every design is quoted individually — the price reflects the artwork, finishes and time your set calls for. You'll receive your quote before anything is made, and nothing is charged unless you approve it.
Can I re-wear my set?
Yes — with gentle removal and care, a well-kept press-on set can be worn again. Your set arrives with the application kit and care notes so it lasts as long as possible.
What if I don't know my nail sizes?
Most people don't — that's expected. If your design is accepted, we'll walk you through finding your ten sizes before your set is made, so the fit is right the first time.
Will my design ever be sold again?
No. A commission is one-of-one — once your set is made, the design is retired and never remade for anyone else.
