Before you send your set
What's covered
Nail Repair covers 1–4 damaged nails — broken or cracked, missing, loose or missing charms, and minor design touch-ups. Just lost its shine? A Shine Refresh restores it. Sets needing 5 or more replacements are remade and priced as a new order.
Turnaround
After we receive your set, most repairs are completed within 5–7 business days, plus return post. We'll confirm exact timing when we send your quote.
Shipping
You cover the shipping to us; we cover the return shipping back to you.
Is my set eligible?
Authentic Teanails sets only. Repairs are restored to your original design — design changes are treated as a new order. Please send the complete set of 10 nails in its case.
