Every Teanails set is made to order and hand-finished to your chosen sizes, shape and length. Because nothing is pre-made, your order is dispatched once it's ready rather than same-day.

- We ship Australia-wide.
- Free standard shipping on orders over $100 AUD.
- Each set is made on demand — allow 5–7 business days for crafting, then 1–3 business days for delivery.
- You'll receive confirmation when your order is on its way.
Returns & exchanges
For hygiene reasons, opened sets can't be returned or exchanged. Because each set is custom-made to your measurements, please check your sizing, shape and length carefully before ordering — see Measure your nails.
If something's wrong
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, we'll make it right. Email us at teanails93@gmail.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll sort it out promptly.
